By doing so, you grant Coordinated.App a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee its accuracy. We may, but are not obligated to, remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your interactions with third-party providers are solely between you and such providers.

6. Payment Terms

• Certain features may require payment. All transactions are processed via third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to their applicable terms and conditions.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the instructor or organization providing the activity or service.
• Coordinated.App is not liable for billing disputes between Users and Providers.

All content and software related to the Service, including trademarks, graphics, and underlying code, are owned by Coordinated.App or its licensors. Except as expressly stated, no rights are granted to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coordinated.App, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
